Weekend Enrichment Program (WEP) Job Opportunities
The Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Northwestern University takes pride in having excellent instructional staff. Courses are designed to be rigorous hands-on experiences for academically advanced students.
We are looking for employees who have experience with compacting and differentiating curriculum for gifted students. Courses are held in three sessions per year on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Fall and winter sessions are eight weeks each, and the spring session is six weeks. If you are looking for part-time weekend employment in a progressive educational atmosphere, consider applying for a position.
We also hire teaching assistants for select courses. Fall, winter and spring openings exist in all five of our locations on Saturdays – Evanston, Palatine, Naperville, Lake Bluff, and Chicago, Illinois. Teaching assistant openings may also be available in Evanston on Sundays.

Teaching Assistants work with academically talented students and their instructors to build a comfortable and rigorous learning environment in a gifted education classroom. Students are ages 4 through 15, depending on class assignment. Job openings may be available at the following locations: Evanston (NU campus), Palatine (500 N. Benton), Naperville (North Central College), Chicago (751 N. State), and Lake Bluff (350 W. Washington Ave).
