Talent Development Programming | Boot Camp for Administrators

July 15, 2024 - July 26, 2024
12:00am - 12:00am CDT
Online

Students have varied learning and developmental needs, which may extend beyond grade-level standards and content, require different forms of intervention to support achievement and growth, and change over time. A continuum of services using a talent development framework allows educators and administrators to provide optimally matched services and learning environments to meet those varied needs from early childhood through high school in cost-effective ways. Taking a talent development approach also demands that schools place emphasis on providing rich learning opportunities for all students, not just students who come to school already demonstrating advanced abilities or who have had greater access to formal learning opportunities.

For administrators looking to implement a talent development approach guided by the latest research and practices, Center for Talent Development (CTD) at Northwestern University has developed this Boot Camp for Administrators.
