The CTD Assessment Guide for Families and Educators provides a brief overview of the CTD Assessment program and its benefits. If you would like a CTD staff representative to speak to your families, contact us at ctd-assessment@northwestern.edu.
After you have identified all your eligible students in grades 3 through 9, send home a parent letter explaining the assessment option/s along with a copy of our CTD Assessment Guide for Families and Educators. A sample parent letter is available for download in several formats: fillable Word Template, Word Document with merge fields (allows for text editing and mass mailing), or PDF.

Schools may choose to pay the CTD resources fee and/or test fee for students. To offer this option, contact us at ctd-assessment@northwestern.edu.
As a convenience to your students, you may want to establish a test site at your school. Prior to making a request, ensure that a qualified person on your staff can serve as a test center supervisor and your school has testing facilities available on the selected test dates.
Contact CTD Assessment to learn more about which tests can be offered on site at your school.
