Talent Development is for Educators Too
CTD strives to have a positive impact on educational policy, to educate the public about giftedness and talent development, and help educators hone their craft. Through professional development, outreach, and advocacy efforts, CTD keeps educators informed about developments in the field of gifted education and supports their efforts to successfully meet the unique educational and social-emotional needs of students with exceptional academic abilities.

Customized Professional Development Workshops
Work with CTD to design professional development offerings that meet the needs of educators in your school or district. CTD can provide:
- Convenient, asynchronous online minicourses on topics including, but not limited to, identification best practices, social-emotional needs, or differentiation
- Customizable one- or two-day workshops at your site
- Hybrid offerings (online and face-to-face, or a blend)
