Ask a CTD Online Gifted Educator: Taking Enrichment, Acceleration, and Assessment Online

In April 2020, CTD staff hosted a panel discussion about instructional practices in the online environment. The event featured Dr. Eric Calvert, Amy Lindgren, and Melissa Hinshaw and was facilitated by Dr. Rhoda Rosen. Together, they addressed common questions and issues educators face when teaching advanced learners online.

Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development has been an innovative provider of distance and online learning for more than 30 years, growing from a single distance learning course in Latin to a program now serving students from around the globe through more than 200 unique courses designed specifically with advanced learners in mind.
