Examine root causes of the focus topic and consider multiple perspectives of those root causes.

Approaches to Change 
Examine multiple approaches to change and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each. 

Leadership (Weeklong Programs Only) 
Examine multiple models of leadership, assess your personal leadership strengths and style, and explore opportunities for leadership.

Taking Action 
Articulate lessons learned and outstanding questions, and identify concrete ways to become civically engaged in your own community.
