An introductory course within the Leadership Intensive series. This course is 6 weeks, flexibly paced, with weekly synchronous online class meetings. Students should expect 2-3 hours of course work per week. Synchronous class sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 7-8:45PM CST.
How do world leaders balance their country’s national interests while being part of a global community? Through case studies on issues like security, human rights, global trade, and the environment, explore how leaders make decisions that affect our global community as well as the everyday lives of citizens. Gain practice in weighing priorities, analyzing resource availability, and taking action when the stakes are high.
