Online Family Program (OFP) courses for younger students typically involve more parent participation than OFP courses for older students. Instructors provide ongoing feedback to students and parents through discussion boards to provide maximum flexibility for families’ schedules. The course does not include live, synchronous sessions. Early entrepreneurs get in on the ground floor of learning about business ownership in this introductory course. Students use critical and computational thinking to understand key aspects of small business ownership, including satisfying their customers, the role of banks and how to calculate costs and revenues.
